Refund policy

Our priority is your satisfaction. At Zavyah, we offer a 7-day Return & Exchange policy.
Eligibility: For hygiene reasons, perfumes can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and the original seal is intact.
Damaged Items: If you receive a broken or leaked bottle, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 24 hours for a free replacement.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5 working days.
Note: Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer unless the product was damaged upon arrival.
